His journey began with a passion for engineering, but he quickly realized that his real passion was working with people. Began a nationwide tour of pubs and clubs, leading to a lifetime of industry research and development.
1989-1992
Founded The Outback Party (T.O.P Tours), offering 4×4 camping adventures across Australia.
Expanded his tourism research globally, traveling across the United States.
1993-1994
Launched Ando’s Outback Tours, running 10-day expeditions to Lightning Ridge, Harvey Bay, and Sydney, featuring activities like horse riding, opal mining, and gyro-copter flights.
Registered WineTrek, offering Hunter Valley wine-tasting experiences, and expanded the fleet with a 48-seater coach.
1994-1995
Registered and trademarked Pubtrek Adventures, a flagship adventure tourism brand.
Sydney Olympics – Provided transport services with a full fleet of buses and drivers.
2000-2002
Multiple business and tourism awards, including Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Tourism Business of the Year.
Expanded into new tourism markets, researching Aboriginal cultural tours, which led to the development of Abtrek.
2005-2006
Launched City Club Hopper, a curated Sydney nightclub experience, working directly with club owners, operators, and security.
Took over Fastlane Karting, expanding into motorsports and safety-focused racing experiences.
2007-2010
Expanded the bus fleet from 6 to 10, introduced bendy buses for large-capacity tours, and invested in a new go-kart fleet for Fastlane Karting.

In 2015, a freak accident and personal challenges led to a period of reflection and transformation. During this time, Dean pursued meditation teacher training, applying mindfulness techniques to both his personal and professional life.
By 2024, he welcomed Neil Telly as Director and Manager of Fastlane Karting, marking a new era of leadership and growth.
